In our Tui Room, careful consideration is made by our team of qualified and experienced teachers to create an environment with rich play opportunities based on your child's interests, needs, and passions.
Our Tui room team takes a play-based approach to learning.
We know that children develop key competencies, values, and knowledge through the mode of play.
That means we definitely have a busy, fun, but relaxed environment! Children are surrounded by a wonderful array of loose parts and open-ended resources that encourage creativity and imagination.
The Tui Room
A close reciprocal relationship between parents/whānau is part of our planning process enhancing our knowledge of each child.
In preparation for their next stage in life, at school, numeracy, literacy, and life-skills are carefully woven throughout our daily curriculum. This supports our children to feel connected, confident, actively involved, and set to be lifelong learners.
ECE subsidised fees are available for children from 3 years of age in this room.
